Package one: The Victoria Sponge

This suits a small, growing business that needs a social media presence to raise awareness of its products and services, but doesn’t have lots of customers getting in touch or lots of news updates to share – yet!

Cost: From £30.00 plus VAT a day. This package typically includes:

  • Twitter: two tweets a day
  • Plus one of the following platforms
    • LinkedIn: three updates a week
    • Facebook:  three updates a week
    • Google+: three updates a week
    • YouTube or Vimeo
    • Pinterest or Instagram
  • Basic social media strategy and reporting on progress of the campaign
  • Weekdays only

Package two: The Black Forest Gateau

For the more established business with a wide range of products and services, lots of news to share and some customers wishing to get in touch via social media.

Cost: From £60.00 plus VAT a weekday. This package typically includes:

  • Twitter: three tweets a day
  • Plus two of the following platforms:
    • LinkedIn: three updates a week
    • Facebook:  three updates a week
    • Google+: three updates a week
    • YouTube or Vimeo
    • Pinterest or Instagram
  • Basic social media strategy plus reporting on progress of the campaign, with suggestions on improving engagement
  • Weekdays only with scheduled content for weekends and evenings

Package three: The Champagne Afternoon Tea

This would suit a large organisation that is very customer facing, for example a retailer, telecoms company or a restaurant. Social media, particularly Twitter, can be a highly effective way of dealing with queries, feedback or complaints in a fast, efficient manner and informing people about the latest news, promotions and events.

Cost: From £150.00 plus VAT a day

  • Twitter: multiple tweets a day, announcing news and responding to queries
  • Facebook: daily updates, greater focus on multimedia plus close management of discussions
  • Plus three of the following platforms:
    • LinkedIn
    • Google+: three updates a week
    • YouTube or Vimeo
    • Pinterest or Instagram
  • In-depth social media strategy plus regular meetings to develop campaigns
  • Regular reporting on the progress of the campaign
  • Seven day service with a team of editors, with extra support at peak times where applicable

Consultancy and workshops
